Your phone rings while you're up a ladder. Now something answers it.

For anyone who goes out, looks at the job, and sends a price. Set up an AI that drafts your quotes, chases your final payments, and answers “when are you coming?” so you don't have to climb down to check your phone. About 20 minutes to set up. No computer skills needed.

What's eating your evenings?

Tick anything you do every week — or pay somebody else to do. Then look at the two numbers underneath.

Tick everything that sounds like your week

Nothing is saved until you ask for it
Hours a week

A year, if you pay someone

Pick a few. The hours number is the one that stings — that's your life, every week, forever.

I'll send you the one job to start with, plus a ready-made setup you can copy. Then one short email a week showing another job getting handed off. Unsubscribe any time.

What it actually looks like

Three things off your truck.

Not theory. These are the first three things most people hand off, what changes, and what it costs to run.

You write quotes at 9pm after the crew goes home
Drafted before you're off the ladder. You check it and hit send.

Two customers are 45 days late and you hate making that call
They get a polite nudge every Monday. You just say send.

Every “when are you coming?” text pulls you off a job

That's the whole idea. You pick one boring job. You spend twenty minutes. It's off your plate for good.

Free lesson · no email needed

"Wait. Is it safe to give a robot my email?"

Good. That's the right question, and almost nobody selling this stuff will answer it honestly.

Here's the short version: somebody can hide instructions inside a calendar invite, and your AI will follow them. It thinks it's reading your schedule. It's actually reading orders from a stranger. I've watched an agent hand over a contact list this way.

It takes one setting to stop. I show you the attack and the fix in seven minutes, and you don't have to buy anything to watch it.

Give it the least it needs

Its own account. Read-only at first. It asks before it sends anything.

Check add-ons before you install

People publish little add-ons for these things. Some of them quietly send your data somewhere. Four minutes of checking, every time.

Keep a stop button

Nine things to set up before you let it touch anything real. You can shut it all down from your phone. Free — grab it whether you buy or not.

Course two · for people already running something

Six short videos. You watch my screen and copy what I do.

Two hours all in. No slides, no theory. I leave the mistakes in, so when something breaks on you at 11pm you've already seen me fix it.

Straight answers

I'm not a computer guy. Seriously.
That's most of the people who buy this. You need to paste a line of text into a box and read an error message without panicking. If you can run a takeoff or a permit portal, this is easier.
Will this make me money?
I don't know, and anybody who says they do is guessing. What it does is take boring, repeating jobs off your plate — the kind you either do yourself on a Sunday or pay somebody else to do. If you don't have jobs like that, don't buy this.
Do I need to be techy?
You need to be able to paste a line of text into a black box and read an error message without panicking. That's it. If you've ever set up a website or built a spreadsheet with formulas in it, you're well past the bar.
What if I don't have any employees?
Then you are the employee, and this is aimed at you. The math is the same — it's just your Sunday you're getting back instead of somebody's paycheck.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT waits for you and gives you words back. This runs on its own, on a schedule, and actually touches things — your inbox, your files, your invoices. You stop copying and pasting between it and your real work.
Do I have to pay for AI on top of this?
Not always. About half of what I show you can run free on your own computer. The other half works better on a paid one, usually for a few dollars a month. The course shows you where that line is instead of just signing you up for things.
Won't this all be out of date in six months?
Parts of it, yes — these tools rename themselves constantly. That's why the course is built around the job, not around one tool. I re-record the setup video every quarter and you get every version free.
What if I hate it?
Reply to any email from me within 14 days. Refunded. I won't ask you why.
