Which sounds like you?
Pre-revenue · side hustles · anyone building something around a full-time job
agentreplacedmy.com

Everyone shows you how to start. Nobody shows you month eight.

That's when you're doing invoices at 11pm and answering the same question for the fortieth time. Set the boring half up on day one — answering, quoting, invoicing, following up — so the business never drowns you. About 20 minutes for the first one. No code.

What will you be doing every week once this is running?

Tick anything you do every week — or pay somebody else to do. Then look at the two numbers underneath.

Tick everything that sounds like your week

Pick a few. The hours number is the one that stings — that's your life, every week, forever.

I'll send you the one job to start with, plus a ready-made setup you can copy. Then one short email a week showing another job getting handed off. Unsubscribe any time.

What it actually looks like

Three things handled before your first customer.

Not theory. These are the first three things most people hand off, what changes, and what it costs to run.

Someone asks at 9pm. You reply at lunch tomorrow. They booked someone else.
Answered in two minutes. You wake up to a booked job.

It was set up in week one. You approve, it sends.

To cover the hours you're at work, you'd have to hire someone
You don't. That's the entire point.
no hire

That's the whole idea. You pick one boring job. You spend twenty minutes. It's off your plate for good.

Free lesson · no email needed

"Wait. Is it safe to give a robot my email?"

Good. That's the right question, and almost nobody selling this stuff will answer it honestly.

Here's the short version: somebody can hide instructions inside a calendar invite, and your AI will follow them. It thinks it's reading your schedule. It's actually reading orders from a stranger. I've watched an agent hand over a contact list this way.

It takes one setting to stop. I show you the attack and the fix in seven minutes, and you don't have to buy anything to watch it.

Give it the least it needs

Its own account. Read-only at first. It asks before it sends anything.

Check add-ons before you install

People publish little add-ons for these things. Some of them quietly send your data somewhere. Four minutes of checking, every time.

Keep a stop button

Nine things to set up before you let it touch anything real. You can shut it all down from your phone. Free — grab it whether you buy or not.

Course one · for people starting something

Set the boring half up before your first customer.

Seven short videos, about two hours. You watch my screen and copy what I do. By the end your business answers, quotes, invoices and follows up — without you doing it at 11pm.

Straight answers

I haven't started yet. Is this too early?
It's the best possible time — setting this up on day one is far easier than unpicking it at year two, and it's the one real advantage you have over an established business. And no, you don't have to quit your job. The hours you can't cover are the same hours your bigger competitors are closed.
Will this make me money?
I don't know, and anybody who says they do is guessing. What it does is take boring, repeating jobs off your plate — the kind you either do yourself on a Sunday or pay somebody else to do. If you don't have jobs like that, don't buy this.
Do I need to be techy?
You need to be able to paste a line of text into a black box and read an error message without panicking. That's it. If you've ever set up a website or built a spreadsheet with formulas in it, you're well past the bar.
What if I don't have any employees?
Then you are the employee, and this is aimed at you. The math is the same — it's just your Sunday you're getting back instead of somebody's paycheck.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT waits for you and gives you words back. This runs on its own, on a schedule, and actually touches things — your inbox, your files, your invoices. You stop copying and pasting between it and your real work.
Do I have to pay for AI on top of this?
Not always. About half of what I show you can run free on your own computer. The other half works better on a paid one, usually for a few dollars a month. The course shows you where that line is instead of just signing you up for things.
Won't this all be out of date in six months?
Parts of it, yes — these tools rename themselves constantly. That's why the course is built around the job, not around one tool. I re-record the setup video every quarter and you get every version free.
What if I hate it?
Reply to any email from me within 14 days. Refunded. I won't ask you why.
